We'll send you email updates at just about every step of your order's journey. Please allow at least 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the tracking link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from the shipping location.

Note on addresses:

For successful processing, your billing address must match your name, address, and zip code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Additionally, a phone number is required in your Shop Pay account in case the courier needs to contact you regarding your delivery.
